Vancouver run
I didn't think I 'd get a run in today, but I did. After being unable to get my sorry butt out of bed this morning, I managed a 9K run tonight in Vancouver. We travelled down to Vancouver this afternoon, earlier than I anticipated, and squeezed in a run on 37th & 39th, and around the beautiful turf at Point Grey High.

Glad you managed to get a run in. Perfect time of the year to be reading "A Long Way Down" too.
