10K around the lake

It was a chilly morning, but the sun was shining. The sun felt good on my face, my only exposed skin. Running around Cranberry Lake, I kept to the road as often as I could because the shoulder had thin a layer of snow and ice on it. The lake itself has thin layers of ice peppered on it, providing a nice contrast to the unfrozen water, making the water look like it has swirls all over the top of it.

It was 10k at an easy pace, and then I was scheduled to do a strength workout that I didn't do. I've postponed that till tomorrow, when I'll have lots of time to complete it.

An ok run that lacked some oomph, motivation, something........
