It was a busy day today and my time was limited, but I did manage an easy run of 30:54. It was a night run with mild temperatures tonight. I'm not exactly lighting the fires with the high mileage crowd, but that's not the focus right now.
Patrick's off to Victoria for the Pioneer 8k this Sunday, and I should be racing the Sunday after.
