With good weather again, it was a not too hard to get my track workout in. It was a series of 800's, a single 1600, and then hooking myself up to a belt, rope, and tire, and running some 60m repeats.
The workout was going so well, I mistakenly put in an extra 800, as I couldn't remember how many my schedule called for. I erred on the side of caution and threw in an extra one. So, with the sun shining, and having thrown in an extra rep. --I can easily say it was another good workout.
I received my workout schedule for the month of April from Coach, and I'm excited for it. There's some work ahead, but its what has to be done if I want to get faster.
