Run and Surge: add a lap

There was to be no slacking like yesterday. On the schedule were 7 loops of my run/surge circuit --there were 6 last week. After three of them today, some doubts drifted into my mind, my legs didn't feel very responsive- they were a bit heavy, and it seemed as if number 7 was a long way off. I settled into thinking about them one at a time, and it wasn't long before I only had one left. It was one of the tougher workouts this week, despite being on my feet for only 44'. When this session was over I felt pretty satisfied with my effort considering how tired I felt. I'm looking forward to an easier run tomorrow. The cumulative effects from yesterday's track session was a factor I think.

Geez, I know what you mean, some days are just sub-par... I barely had the energy for two laps today. Punish it tomorrow I guess...
