Lisa M. came by my place at 9 a.m. sharp and we ran 8k+ out and back along the seawalk. We ran to the second gate on the beach trail and made a turn for home. This was my first run with someone in a while, which was nice; and almost as nice, was the gorgeous weather. A bit cool to start the run with just a tee on at this time; but once we got moving, it warmed up quickly.
Next time Lisa and I run, she's promised to show me what's know in P.R. circles as "Lisa's loop", it's apparently in danger of being drastically altered, as it's scheduled to be logged soon.
Good easy run today.
