Inbox Zero

"We are what we frequently do" -- Aristotle

The first thing that popped into my mind when I saw this quote was running. Of course, it's anything we do to fill our days. I'll remind myself occasionally to be mindful of this.

I got this quote from Merlin Mann's talk on "Inbox Zero" in front of Google Inc. employees. It was a presentation on how to get control of your email inbox.
