Yesterday it was a Segway at Willingdon Beach. Today I saw one of these. It was white. With Alberta plates. Figures.
An easy run of 58:53. I was having a bit of motivational issues to get going, and ran the first k in a pedestrian 4:48; but did speed up a bit on the way home, clocking my last k in 4:37. It was cooler tonight, so was able to get my run in an hour earlier at 8:00 p.m.
