"Gut" 200's

After work and dinner I ventured to the track for a tough workout dedicated to increasing my speed/power.

20 X 200m at near full out pace on 2' starts. By repeat #11 or 12, I was definitely starting to feel the legs tiring.

The weather was perfect: overcast; warm, with a threat of rain that never arrived.

This workout though tough, wasn't as tough as the 400's last week; so it will be interesting to see how my legs respond in the next few days.
