Yesterday:
5 loops on my run/surge circuit followed by 10:00 of diagonals on the soccer pitch. The surge sections felt tough, requiring more mental effort per repeat than usual. I probably ran at 10k race pace.
Today:
8k easy along the water. A nice run, that really served as a decompression run. Had some stress before running, and it was brought down to a reasonable level following the run.
Both of these runs were in perfect weather; oh how lucky I've been! It's suppose to stay this way until Saturday.
