Today's workout in the morning sun:
1600m warm up
Drills
4X strides
4X 1K w/ 1:30 rest between (3:35, 3:36, 3:38, 3:35)
4X 200m w/1:30 rest
1600m "boiling water": each lap faster than the previous
8k total running
This is the exact same workout from last Friday, the exception being the rest between each repeat decreased from 2:00 to 1:30.
A really good work out.
