I ran 13.5k I think. Just a bit short of my required 14k, because my route stopped at my house, a bit short. I ran for 1:04:40 and felt good this morning. I ended with a HR average of 160, which was right on target.
Coach emailed me some slight modifications to my easy runs this morning as well. Gotta run (not literally) to work.
