K's with short rest

I was very happy with my workout today. The weather was great in the early afternoon and so it was to the track for some 4 X 1K action. I'll skip all the warm up/cool down, and other minor details, and get to the workout proper:

4X 1k with target of 3:38 with 00:30 rest

3:35, 3:37, 3:38, 3:36

The rest period was the quickest yet, and it went fast....
