A Chilly, Sunny, Afternoon Run
It was a run for 1:02:00 from the gym today. Ran for 13-14K. Had to run with a HR between 155-165 and ended with 158 avg. A good run today with the last 1/2 hour faster than the first.

Hello. Quite an interesting blog as usual. However, I did notice in the non-running links, the excellent Kane's Call, and the excellent Dennis Kane's Excellent Montreal Canadiens Blog, are not listed.
