In sunny weather, I ran 10k around Cranberry Lake with a HR average of 170 in 43:12. Granted, I wasn't getting a good reading till about 10' into the run. I felt smooth and in control today. I thought my legs were a bit tired before I began, but they ended up ticking right along.
Compare this run to the same route, and HR range on
Nov 1. Interesting.
