Famiglietti

I mentioned a running podcast the other day I like to listen to. Well, I listened to Anthony Famiglietti, or Fam, as he's known, this morning -- and boy, he is Mr. self-promotion. I think I've heard him described before as the "mouth from NY" by Craig Mottram. I found him a tad annoying, but he did have some great things to say near the end of his interview about winning not being the main reason for running, but rather competition, and giving all of yourself in a race.
