I ran a 20' warmup and then 6X 3:00 @11.4 mph w/ 2:00 rest on the treadmill. 10' spinning afterwards.
I had a good discussion with Lorne following my workout. We discussed the fact that my running form is better on the treadmill than out on the track, and what I can concentrate on to bring the tendencies on the treadmill to the oval.
