Last night on the treadmill I ran a 20' warmup and then pumped up the belt to 11.2 mph and did that for 7:00. I completed my short workout with 10' spinning on the bike. I got to see what I looked like running as Lorne took some quick video of me during the last couple of minutes. Not bad, not bad, but my arm movements could use some tweaking.
I then drove home in the fog -- the fog being some of the thickest I've seen in a while.
