I ventured to the track this afternoon, and after a proper warm up, ran 4 x 1K (3' rest between). My warm up has included more faster running to get good and warm prior to the faster efforts, as suggested by Coach.
The hard facts:

Not bad, but the last one could have been a bit faster. I don't want to nit pick too much, as sometimes I just need to lower the analysis and just run.
