Last run before race day

On Tuesday I ran 5 loops of my run/surge loop for about 7k total.

Today, it was my final run before the race: 2 X 2k done at windy Oak Bay Track. I ran just before 6:00, after a long tiring day. 

There was a group of athletes working out there that were really quick, especially one woman running 200's. She was lighting up the track. Nice to see some athletes out supporting each other. I had to take off from the track at the stroke of 6:00, as a youth track club was getting under way and had dibs on the track.
