I was to run 12k at 4:00 per k.
I ended up running around 11k in more like 4:10/k pace. For unknown reasons, I had stomach problems for the first half of the run, which slowed me; but it finally corrected itself and I started feeling better on the return leg where I increased the pace a bit. A sub-par workout.
Next week I'm going to do this run at the flat as a pancake loon lake trail, and look forward to running with a pacer.
