Yesterday:
2 X 1600m to be in 6:08. I ran them in 6:07 and 6:06 respectively. Took my legs for a dip in the ocean afterwards. Not my favourite thing to do, I don't handle the cold well at all. Why am I in Canada again?
Today:
6 laps on my run/surge loop for about 8k.
Two pretty good runs.

Excellent run and congrats on going into the water. Our whole family went down after supper for 6 minutes at Gibson's Beach. My legs feel marvelous even though they still feel cold after a hot shower.
Your next challenge is to go deep enough so that Big Willy & The Twins have to hold their breath!
