Morning glory

I met up with Steve B. this morning at 7:00 for the 13k run that is the famed "Tour de trail". The trail was a wee muddier than I expected, but nice nonetheless. Enough with the negativity, what a wonderful morning and day! The weather was picture perfect for an early morning jaunt, and it was nice to run with Steve on his last Sunday run before the Scotia Bank 1/2 marathon next week in Vancouver. Good luck Steve on the sub 1:30 - you've got it in you!
