I ran at eight this morning with Kevin around the "tour de trail". It was brisk, but pleasant. As I'm sure I've mentioned at some point before, my feeling is, if it's not raining, it's pleasant. The trail was muddy in sections, but in no way unnavigable. We ended up running the route in 1:03:50, just nipping under 1:04 by running the last 800m or so at an increased speed of, say, 3:45/k pace.
A nice run, but I have to ask: Who are the idiots that drop garbage (including a mattress) at the West Lake entrance area, off paradise valley road?
