I hooked up with Barrie and Claire for a run this morning. Claire ran with us for about 15 minutes, before Barrie and I made our way to the Recreation Complex and the nearby trails. It was mildly treacherous out there with last night's residual ice still on the roads; I took a few slips, but luckily I and everyone else stayed vertical for the duration of the run.
I have no idea how far I ran or how long. Something like an hour of very easy running.
