Quality over quantity

Ran on the treadmill last night. 

10' warm up then jumped into 5 X 3:00' @ 10.1 mph with an incline of 0.5. This put me about 5 seconds a K faster than my spring time 10k race pace. A short cool down and I was happy with what I fit into just 25 minutes of running.
