I decided on a short 30 minute easy run today, and wanting to do it on auto-pilot, I chose the track to run 5k. I ran the 5k in 22:10, and was joined by my family afterwards for some play time at the track.
It was interesting to see one of the individuals pushing for the demolition of the track, using said track this afternoon for walking and jogging. Hmmm.........
