I didn't make my run today and so am delaying it until tomorrow. A sick child with a fever, awake during the night, throwing up; plus having to get up at four in the morning for work, just sucked the energy out of me. A shame really, because it was such a nice day.
Yesterday, I ran on the treadmill, deciding on 3 X 1 mile repeats.
10' warm up
3X 5:52 @ 10.2 mph/0.5 incline. 2 minutes rest after the first set, then 2.5 minutes after the second.
2' cool down
I was happy with the way I felt on this run relative to the other day running the same pace.
