I took advantage of the glorious sunshine this afternoon and ran from my end of the
sea walk to the gate at the end of the Beach trail proper. A total of 42:06 with a quick stop to chat with Rob "the bread man". I did measure, and only measured, my first k, which was crossed in 4:39.
