Up cold and early this morning, meeting up with Kevin, for a run that lasted about an hour. With the clocks moving forward, I not only lost one hour sleep, but it made us run in the Beach Trail while it was still pretty dark. We did see Greg T. running in the opposite direction, on his way to the group run, just as we were finishing up. The guy has been a machine of late.
Home just in time to get ready for work.
