3k at 10k effort

A run on the treadmill during the late afternoon saw these numbers:

15' warm up
3k in 11:15 (10.2 mph/0.5 incline)
4' cool down

30 minutes total running time, and I was fairly satisfied with how I felt during the 3K. Not as comfortable as I wanted, but then I really haven't been doing very much quality work of late.
