Boston

This morning I watched the Boston Marathon on television. I have to give a shout out to our local finisher who posted an awesome time today: Christine Behan. Great name too. Her official time was 3:46:34.

As for me, I ran a measly 35:30 easy, doing some drills afterward in my yard. I really like the advice Shawn gave a few weeks ago, "better to cut an easy run five minutes short and spend the time doing drills. There's more value in that".
