The day after

Drills that is.

Twenty hours after doing drills, my forty-something legs are sore. Good god, Greg T. is running a race today. I hope his legs are in better shape than mine. They should be, they're closer to the ground. Good luck today my friend.

It was the lunges that did my pins in.

They were pretty good - 57:57 - good enough for 16th overall and 3rd in his category.

Your legs will be better for it...

thanks Lawrence, my legs were fine the next day, maybe i wasn't doing the drills right, haha
