10X 200m in 38-40 sec. w/ 200m jog between.
My first repeat was 40 sec. and the majority fell around the 39 sec. mark. I saved the fastest one for the 9th repeat, a 37.4 sec. The pace felt fast, and I need to work on running relaxed at these paces, as there were a few repeats where I felt myself tighten ever so slightly. The track was wet and wasn't offering the best surface grip.
