I made arrangements to meet up with Greg after work for a quality work out at the track.

The goal was to hit 1:28-1:30 laps for a time of 11:15, with each of us taking turns leading every couple of laps. We missed the top end of the target by a mere second, so a pretty successful work out. With all the running Greg has been doing lately, he's very strong, and I could feel that. He pushed me along. It was a great work out under beautiful skies. I need to do this type of work with Greg more often, particularly intervals.
