A bridge too far?

I ran an easy 7k today. My legs were feeling a tad heavy from the last two days at the track, but no worries though, I just ran slow. After the run, I did some "bridge" exercises, while my kids got down on the floor with me and mimicked my moves. 

Here's a good video of some of the exercises. Sara Vaughn makes them look easy. I did my share of shaking, just doing the basic moves.

Anyone know why it's called the "Myrtl" routine?
