Long Hill Repeats

Set aside the corniness in this instructional video, and I liked the training advice. Read also Peter Magill's answers to questions in the comments.

A question for local runners: any suggestions on the recommended hill in the video for the Westview area? Leave a comment.

I considered Westview ave. I'm not sure if it's too steep? Maybe the lower section.

I'm not sure I want to be around if you and FB decide to go for an au natural speed workout......

I would suggest the top part of Westview Ave starting about Kimano or so - it actually levels off not to far above that a little...
or you could look at Courtney Hill too!
cheeseeee video

The Viewpoint hill on way to Saltery Bay - you can incorporate it with your commute. Just do it once and you'll be done. Saves the monotony of repetitions. Do it on one leg for an even better workout.

what about from your house to thunder bay store, it's a lot more than 90 seconds but still a good hill
