More repeats

My plan was to run easy tonight, but having joined the gang at the track, I joined in to run some 300's. I wanted to make sure I cut out before my legs started to commit mutiny on me, due to my workout last night. Most did eight repeats, I bailed at five. I ran my five with Blair.

Drills
5 X 300m in 57-62 sec. with 300m easy jog between
1 X 100m in 20 sec. (to pace Blair)
Cool down

I'll be running easy tomorrow, and a tempo run on Friday.
