Tempo run

I moved my Friday workout to this morning because of family commitments, making Friday my day-off running for the week. Training today was a 20:00 tempo run, followed by 4 X 200m.

I was satisfied with today's workout, as I'm seeing improvement from a couple of weeks ago when I did the same workout in decidedly better weather conditions.

I've got some strength work planned for later today.
