5k total in intervals

At the track late this afternoon for some intervals. Warm up first, then a few drills and strides. The main course was a series of 300m and 600m intervals with a short jogging rest between, for a total of 5k at this pace. A tougher workout than the previous two weeks, as I shortened up the rest.

A beautiful afternoon, with a strong wind on the home stretch, and not a soul on the track but me.
