It's not the heat....

Sunday I was feeling tired, and a bit run down; and managed, without too much effort, to rationalize postponing my run till Monday evening.

Monday was a scorcher, and I waited to begin my run till around 8:15 p.m. I ran along the water for about an hour. Coming back south along the beach trail, the light from the sunset hitting the trail was spectacular. My singlet ended up being completely soaked -- the high humidity being unusual for this area of the world.
