Threshold run

5K solo tempo run. 19:32. 1k warm up, and then tacked on 4 X 200m following 5k. Ran when the shadows were a bit longer.

how come you did that workout again so soon? Just curious...

As I get closer to a 10k race, the training moves to more tempo type efforts. Also, a mix of paces later in each week.

My work out schedule is based in part on Jack Daniels' Running Formula, along with things I've picked up in the last few years (from Lorne, for instance). Having said that, I'm not being slavish to the program, just trying to enjoy the journey.
