All the times were slightly below my target pace. I had decent mental fortitude for a change. A total of 11k for the day and I'm pretty pleased with the workout.

Here's an interesting debate on the use of altitude tents by top distance athletes:
"......soon, the altitude tents and rooms may be banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency, or WADA. The agency’s ethics panel recently determined that the tents and rooms violated “the spirit of sport.”
