Calculator of the day
I'm not going to stand by the absolute accuracy of the chart that is generated when you punch in your recent race performance, but the training range it does offer seems close, if not a little bit wide. I punched in some of my times and it seems within the correct range (according to Daniels). That large range may not be a bad thing as I think about it, especially for a watch/pace slave like myself. The chart is instructive in that it offers a variety of paces for all the different types of workouts. Anyway, punch in your race results and have some fun with it. McMillan Running Calculator
