Ran along the water today for ~11k in 52:06. I punched this into my trusty online running calcualator and it's a 4:44/k pace. I felt I was going a little faster; but the nice thing is, I'm not sure how accurate my 11K Laburnum loop is. Nonetheless, I felt great, and feel this is the type of pace I need to strive for during my "E" runs.
The weather was great this afternoon, and it was almost an ideal running temperature. I ran by Ian F's office, and I was wondering if he'd gone for a run yet today? He's probably saving his energy for the canoe portage up ahead this weekend. I can already picture Mr. canoehead running along the forest floor.........

I am IanF and I have to say that I was watching outside all day today. I did not see Lawrence run by as he claims to have done (whether fast or slow). Now I'm starting to question every other little thing that I have been reading and believing from this blog!!!
