Ran with Barrie for 53:30 today at a nice easy pace. I'll call it about 10K through the trails near the pole line, several of which I think I was on for the first time. After the run we had a terrific dinner there, and I even quaffed a near beer. It wasn't bad.....
Kenenisa Bekele's little brother is starting to make a name for himself.
