Squeezed in a 56:00 run today along the roads and trails for 11K+. My legs felt a bit heavy and tired, but they seemed to find their groove about 1/2 way into the run. At one point I ran with Ian F. for a few minutes as he was just starting out on a 10k run. It was nice to run with him, and I wish we had more opportunities to get together for a run. My original plan was to head to the track and do some intervals, but I decided to postpone this till tomorrow, as it will fit better into my schedule. Besides, I'm a master procrastinator.
