10K around the lake redux

I met with Patrick, and we ran around Cranberry Lake this afternoon. It was a chilly 10K, as the sun refused to come out as it did yesterday. The run was a good, solid, easy run. A Goldilocks run: not to fast and not to slow. Running with Patty made the time fly by, and it was a better run than I otherwise would have had by myself.

Snow and rain are on their way, so it will be a bit more challenging getting out for a run the next 3-4 days.

The weather just seems to be awful this winter, doesn't it? It's pretty bad here in Ireland as well (though a good bit warmer than in Canada I guess). Today was reasonably nice, but the next storm front is just a day or two away.
