Double...no trouble

Two runs today and a short core workout. The first run was 42' in the morning with Patrick, which included 8X200m with 200m jog between at the track. The 200m were in the 38.5-42 sec range with the majority in 39-40sec. It was an unstructured track workout, with the intention of stopping the 200's before they felt too much like real work.

Later in the afternoon, I met up with Patrick at the gym, but ended up doing a 24' run with Graham C, which was supposed to be a very easy run, but was a little faster than I intended. Graham, being a strong and talented runner has a very easy pace that is most people's all-out. A good run despite the pace. I followed this run with a short core workout with Patrick.

1:05' total running today for approx. 14K. A good day of, and for running.

A double, nice. Say hello to Graham for me. Is he going to come over for the race this weekend?

He didn't mention it..... He did say he was "base training", as he had a self-imposed layoff in Dec. Cheers.
