One of Canada's top runners (he lives here in town) was telling me how he likes to run circles around a huge field in order to make him mentally tough (each loop takes about 6-7 minutes, and he’d run it for over an hour).
Yesterday, I saw my first cluster of cherry blossoms... it’s starting.
